Waitlist privacy notice
Small list. Clear purpose.
Effective August 12, 2026
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, Lemon Latitude collects the email address you
submit, the time you consent and confirm, and limited campaign labels
such as utm_source, utm_medium, and
utm_campaign.
Website analytics
Google Analytics receives limited information about your visit, such as pages viewed, broad device and browser details, approximate location, campaign labels, and site interactions. We use this aggregated information to understand how people find the site and where the waitlist experience can improve.
Analytics are on by default. Advertising storage, Google Signals, ad user data, and ad personalization remain disabled. We do not send Google your email address, prompts, images, videos, or other creative content. You can turn analytics off at any time with the Analytics choices control on the site.
We also record bounded first-party funnel events in Azure, including the page path, event name, campaign labels, and advertising click IDs. These records do not contain your IP address, user agent, email address, prompts, or media.
What we do not collect
The waitlist site does not collect prompts, images, videos, model names, local filenames, paths, session history, or a device fingerprint. We do not sell personal information.
Why we use it
We use the information to confirm your request, send private beta invitations and occasional product updates, understand which campaigns introduce interested people, prevent abuse, and honor unsubscribe requests.
Service providers
The site, confirmed waitlist records, and waitlist confirmation email are operated through Microsoft Azure services. Azure processes the limited information needed to provide hosting, storage, and email delivery. If website analytics are enabled, Google processes the limited visit data described above to provide Google Analytics.
Retention and choices
We retain confirmed waitlist records while the beta and launch program remains active or until you unsubscribe. Every marketing message will provide an unsubscribe option. You may also request access or deletion by emailing privacy@lemonlatitude.com.
Product privacy
This notice covers the public waitlist site. The desktop product will have a separate privacy policy before beta distribution. The Windows MVP focuses on local still-image editing and sharpening. Prompts, source images, and results stay on your computer.
Changes
We will update the effective date when this notice changes materially. We will not quietly expand the use of waitlist information into creative content collection.
